I just wrapped up two weeks at Riu Ocho Rios with my family, and it was a wonderfully relaxing time. The beach was beautiful and the food was consistently delicious, especially the jerk chicken! However, I did notice some inconsistency in service, with a few staff members not as friendly as others. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but improvements in service could make it even better.
